The winners will advance to our National Championship for a chance to represent the US in the World Championship in Morocco. They also get other freebeis like a palm centro phone (it's no I-phone, i'll tell you that).
Other prizes include gift certificates, phones, swag, etc. These are drawn at the finish.
For $190 each person gets a jersey some energy food, lots of vitamin water, free beers and food at the after party, and a transit pass for the whole day. It's not worth $85 per person, but it's not bad in the grand scheme of things. I've paid $85 to go white water rafting and come back with bruises.

I'll be there. I was in the boston event with my GF, and now I'm teaming up with my buddy chris to do the NYC event. no idea what our team will be called yet.
